- Our cordless line ships with a soft-roller head for hardwood and a high-pile rug head with motorised brush. Switch heads in seconds — no tools.
- HEPA filters last 12 months under daily use. Pre-motor filters are washable and last the lifetime of the machine.
- Yes — every part on every machine we sell is stocked for at least seven years after the model is discontinued.
- Two years on the machine, five on the motor. Extendable to five years machine-wide for a flat fee at checkout.
- We ship to the EU, UK, Switzerland, and North Macedonia from our Skopje warehouse. Delivery takes 2–5 business days.
- Yes. Try any machine for 30 days. If it doesn't earn its place, we collect it for free and refund in full.
